Remarks

For applying to B. Sc B. Ed you need HSC in the science stream. The application form fill-up starts around April end, and you can expect the entrance exam on the month of July. After the scorecard is released the respective RIEs take out the list of shortlisted candidates and your domicile certificate decides which RIE you're getting into. Once the candidate list comes out a specific date is given for the document verification and hostel allotment (if you want one). Reservation benefits include the exclusion of tuition fees only no such additional perks are given to the students after admission. Placements are good every year a good number of private schools come for placements and they conduct their own placement procedure. The admission process is good and hassle-free and if some minor documents are in case missing or you haven't received the documentation due to some unforeseen reasons an additional few days are given so that you can submit it late on

The reason for opting for this course is as it is a kind course providing integrated B. Sc B. Ed it saves time, moreover the institute comes under the prestigious NCERT and is one of the pioneer institutes for teachers training. As it is an integrated course the education paper is there in all four years and evenly distributed throughout the whole semester. The class is of 100 during education and of 20-25 when you go in for your honours. Highly qualified and well-read professors are there and they're always there to help you. They give the most genuine advice which helps you in the longer run. In a semester two internals and one sessional takes place along with practicals. Exams are conducted as per the academic calendar. Exams are standard and if you've studied well you'll score good marks. No biasness is done during markings.

Internships Opportunities

After the placement students were carrying out their role as teachers and as the building blocks of the society's Esteemed schools opt for RIE as this course is specifically moulded to become a teacher During the internship, students go to KVS/NVSand to learn about how the functioning of the school takes place and what are the roles a teacher needs to play

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is low and can be easily afforded by most students and along with that, you can also apply for a scholarship. A semester-wise scholarship is given to the students who've been on the confirmed lists during the time of admission.

Campus Life

Annually RISM is organised which is a sport as well as an academic contest among all the RIEs that are present all over the country. Here you can participate in various sports, literary, and cultural events and give you great exposure. Apart from that, it has its own competition that is held all around the year and you can have lots of fun in it. The library is well stocked and provided with newspapers, the latest journals, books, and magazines. An ample amount of space is there where you can read at peace. The library is well-furnished and is provided air conditioning. Classrooms are well equipped with smart boards and speakers.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel Registration process takes place during the admission process and you're room allotment is done on that very same day. One hostel room is shared by 3 people where you're provided with- One fan Two tubelight Three study table Three bed Two wall cupboard The common bathroom is provided with geyser facilities. Hostel facilities are highly affordable and it's just near the institute and by walking it takes only 5 to 6mins to reach the institute
