In this institute, the admission process is so easy. some faculty teachers help to take admission. Some benefits are here like reservation seats which are called the tfw portal. u can take admission through the online portal.

Course Curriculum Overview

In digital life computer is everything and more job opportunity is here.mu interest is in computers so I take this course. Here the faculty is good and they help us. the teaching method is also good. The exam is difficult to pass but faculty make it easy

Internships Opportunities

Internships you can do any time but college helps here time to do an internship. The stipend is given to respected companies. You have to do project one major and minor you have to do major for placement. Sir helps to do an internship.

Placement Experience

Since the 5th semester, the campus is going on. The names of th companies are Wipro, TCS,maventec, etc. For taking placement you have to require an 8 cgpa. the highest package is 8 lakh average package is 5 lakh. The placement percentage is 90.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here in BTech total course fees are 385000. Here some scholarship is provided named asajoyti which reduces your course fees. campus job and stipend you can get from this college. For West Bengal student Swami Vivekananda merit cum scholarship is here.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good for students. two libraries are here one for technical students and another for management students. A lot of books are here by different authors. The projector is set in every class. Many social groups are here.

Interview Experience

In this campus group discussion, the interview is held from time to time. I face group discussions. for campus getting a job in many phases here. but from time to time problem-solving class is held in our class. The test pattern is very hard.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.
