Agaz is the annual fest which is also known as the fresher's party. It is conducted in October. There are many libraries at Chandigarh university and the availability of books and journals is good. Well-maintained chairs and tables, good air conditioning, smart classes, and good lighting. Many sports events and extracurricular activities are held in university such as football competitions, power-lifting, dance, fashion shows, etc., Social groups such as informal groups give all the updates and news of the campus, there are many clubs such as coding club, dance club, etc., and the website for students is the zone that is run by the students.

In the hostel, we get 1 bed, 1 study table and a chair, 1 almirah, with duct, a balcony and a LAN connection on it. Meal quality is just average and they give different food every day but the taste is the same. After admission, you can register the hostel in two ways either from campus or from the claims of the admission holder. But the hostels are fewer in comparison to the students. The hostels are cheaper than the PGs.
