Remarks
To get admission to this college, you first have to appear for SNAP which is Symbiosis National Aptitude Test. The SNAP is a one-hour MCQ exam that tests the student's Logical reasoning, Quantitative ability, and Vocabulary.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because the SIDTM curriculum has a perfect blend of technology and management which is very important in this technology drive rapidly changing digital era. The faculties have immense experience in their respective domains. We here have a semester pattern and the exam in moderate in diffuculty level.
Internships Opportunities
There are numerous internship opportunities for students during summers. Companies such as Reliance Jio, VI, Airtel, Capgemini, and Deloitte are our prominent recruiters. Also many students gets a PPO/PPI if they perform well during their internship tenure.
Placement Experience
The college provides 100 percent placement to students. We have summers as well as final placements which start around September. Compaines comes from various sectors like Telecom, Finance, Marketing etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college generally increase slightly each year as it is a private college but the Symbiosis International Deemed University has many scholarships for the students and the students can also apply for the post graduate scholarship under NSP government scheme.
Campus Life
The SIDTM is situated on the beautiful lavale hilltop campus, which is covered by greenery and nature. The college has an excellent infrastructure and fully covers with LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity. The college has a central library which has numerous books and journals. The campus has a football field, cricket ground, basketball and badminton court, and a high-class swimming pool. The college has various clubs and committees which students drive.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel here is well-equipped with all the daily amenities and facilities. The food quality in the mess is also good and the taste is decent. The SIDTM MBA program is a fully residential so you don't get an option to get a PG or a room outside.
Interview Experience
After the SNAP exam, some candidates will get shortlisted for the second round, which contains a Group Exercise, Personal Interview, and Written ability test. The question asked in the interview were related to your background, undergraduation and work experience if you have any.
