Remarks

Anyone who passed out 10+2 or equivalent exam is eligible to apply. There is no entrance exam for UG admission. One who has applied by submitting the required document will be selected on basis of the number he/she got on the 10+2 exam. There are reservation benefits of SC, ST, and OBC.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is based on the CBCS syllabus. I've chosen this course at this college as this is one of the best colleges in South Bengal. It has got on average 1/30 faculty-student ratio. Nearly every teacher of the respective department has completed their study at renowned colleges. The exams are hard but not too much tough though.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 8200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study is a bit higher than the normal colleges. Per semester one have to pay nearly 4000 rupees. The college in fact helps those students who are economically weaker. The college provides a stipend worth 2000 per semester to those students.

Campus Life

There are not many cultural activities but the annual fest is conducted in every January- February with grand magnitude. Sport is what is celebrated more than fests. There are no such party clubs or kinda that. There are some social groups though like environmental and sports activities.

Good academics with limited internship opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and well structure. It includes theory an practical subject which help in building strong basics it is useful for higher studies and future career . The primary decision was to contribute to the society like the great scientists who have done so before. The curriculum provides a balanced approach of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, theoretical knowledge from classes, assignments, homeworks and exams. Practical knowledge through the different workshops that are held in the college auditorium or online with successful men of the field who are brought as guests in them, from renowned scientists to great thinkers we have met a lot of them.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

I love my college.

I applied at pravat kumar college at contai,purba Medinipur and get confirmed admission but the infrastructure of that institute is not so good but our college have a quiet impressive faculties and infrastructure.
