Remarks

There is an improvement in the college admission process. Students can now pay their semester fees online mode. So many of the students pay easily their semester fees and time is saved. There is nothing wrong happens.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are divided into semesters. There are 6 semesters. All semesters have 6 months' time. After 6 months the end semester exam is done. Also, 2 internal exams are done in this period of time and the question paper is easy.

Class Size: 256Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Min 60000 rupees is paid for BSC including all other fees also. Yes, there are many opportunities to get a scholarship. No limit to scholarships achieves a student. Yes, there is also done campusing. The interview is also done.

the college has a nice campus, Freshers and farewell party is organised by the college. the college conducts many activities like NCC and NSS. you should be able to visit our College website. All helplines are provided there. All necessary help is done there.

I wanted to dive deep into the actual concepts and workings of the economy and understand how the world works from an economist's point of view. Sadly the curriculam doesnt bridge the gap between theory and real life. It focuses heavily on textbook and not how the world works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

The reality of SCC

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus for BSc. Microbiology Hons. was in line with my interests. Few topics like virology, bacteriology, and diversity of the microbial workd are what drew my attention to pick this course. Although there are some portions which one would consider "boring", but I believe every subject has its interesting as well as boring portions. It's seems fair to judge a subject by seeing if the "boring" portions outweigh the "interesting" parts or not.

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness of the course curriculum, my rating is solid 4.1 out of 5. Because it offers a variety of courses like compulsory english, environmental science, constitution values of India, Inter Disciplinary Courses where one can opt for a variety of subjects which change along with the course proceeds or semester changes. Not only that two major papers and one minor paper are present throughout the semester. As a student we should be well aware of our country and its law as well as how we can keep our environment healthy followed by sustainable development.

I love my college.

I applied at pravat kumar college at contai,purba Medinipur and get confirmed admission but the infrastructure of that institute is not so good but our college have a quiet impressive faculties and infrastructure. I was not rejected by any college I applied.
