Remarks

Must have science and maths in your intermediate. The application form is on the official website of Karim City College. Faculties are very good at teaching. Very supportive. Big companies visit here for placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to do MCA for my post-graduation. Its class consists of 60 students and has a well-maintained classroom with an air conditioner computer lab with an experienced lab assistant.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees taken per semester are around Rs.20,000. Since Karim City College is under Kolhan University so the scholarship is offered by Kolhan itself. The placement is nearly 100 percent. The right choice can be Karim City College if you want to cope with your IT sector.

Campus Life

Many sports activities are conducted every year in the college. Indoor sports like carrom board and chess are also conducted to enhance students' sportsmanship. Many singing, dance, and drama competition are conducted in the college like Satrang, Sparc, etc.

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

Life at karim city college jamshedpur

Actually I applied only for this college because it is nearer from my home and actually this college is quite famous in my hometown and i didn't apply in another college because this is kolhan university and the education is good in this college. Karim City College. An Affordable Option for Mass Comm Aspirants

The most important factor was the affordability compared to other colleges including within-state colleges as well as Inter-State colleges. Also, the Faculty was very inclusive as I took last-minute admissions and they were happy to take me in. The admission process was fairly easy they took the mandatory marksheets of Std 10th and 12th also the Aadhar Card and Parental Details and the fees were paid in Cash. Later after the payments I was provided with the prospectus and Other Information.
