Remarks
The admission process is easier not that difficult or something like that. The cut-off for the CET was also lesser, so admission to this college can be easily taken. Got the scholarship from the govt.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had decided to be a civil engineer. And wanted to pursue it in Solapur, so opted for this college. Faculty to student ratio is good at around 1:10. All the faculties are well qualified. Term exams are for 4-5 months gap and it is not that tough to get a pass
Placement Experience
Placements in the college need to be improved especially for Civil Engineering in the core. From the 8th semester, the placement take place, and most of the students chose the IT industry over the Civil core. TCS for IT. And, Ultratech, Dilip buildcon, etc, and some small local companies are recruiting.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure was the same as most colleges around 90k, but due to govt. Scholarship as I was under SBC Category it was around 10k only. I chose to study higher so didn't opt for the placements there.
Campus Life
Rainbow is the name for the annual fest and is conducted in March, and in between, there is foundation day, and cultural days celebrated. Amenities in the classroom are ok, not great or lesser. Sports and extracurricular activities are somewhat disappointing.
