Course Curriculum Overview

The projects and seminars and the mentality towards mechanical engineering is too dedicated and excellent in this college which will further help me grow more interest and make myself worthy enough to chose the stream as a profession

Internships Opportunities

There are some companies approached by the college itself towards them. They hire students and grant stipend of average 40 thousand rupees The famous project of our college which achieved the title of best SAE cars in the India on the 2nd rank

Placement Experience

Placement of campus is average as compared to other colleges in Maharashtra .. but here after the status of autonomous the college is gradually improving and developing the institute to become the finest . The college makes the student worthy enough in the end of the course to hunt for jobs and easily get hired

Fees and Financial Aid

62000 per year increases 2000 per year College does provide scholarships to only reserved students. And it does not provide any kind of consation in the fess or any kind of discount for the students ..

Campus Life

Right now I am in the 2nd semester of the college and till now I only faced some problems from the faculty itself that is being too personal during scolding or trying to explain something and the faculty is too stubborn

I did apply for WIT college Solapur and I got confirmed admission in this college I.e NAGESH KARAJGI ORCHID COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SOLAPUR I didn't get rejected from any other colleges I chose this college for its autonomous status and dedication towards mechanical stream Admission process is simple as per as the gov rules

Faculty

50% if faculty is approachable and 50% faculty are egoistic and thinks only college subject related things are superior and tries to divert students from taking part in other curriculum activities or projects

Night Life

College is on the NH so the night life around college is a bit stranded .. but it's only 5 minutes away from the city and transport facility is available till 8pm of evening after that there is the decrease in transport vehicles around college

My college is good in infrastructure and education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

A lookout at my institute

In the recent years our college reputation has grown on the large scale due to its placement, performance and quality of education. Hence the placements are decent in these years in the year 2021 22 or past that placements were on the hike and mnc's, companies have good relation wiith our institute. Academics

Admission was based entrance exams like CET, JEE, etc. College Infrastructure As far the infrastructure is concerned, i would say its pretty awesome. Its so huge that you could easily get lost. But jokes aside , its interesting and the scenery from any point, is awesome. No doubt. Academics Currently im studying btech in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING. Its good and interesting. Faculty are good and easygoing. Particals are pretty interesting. Classes are chill and often enjoyable it still good. Placements As i heard from the seniors, the placement are pretty neat . They get good packages. They sure that everyone get placed . But to get that you need pretty decent GPA . And this branch is versatile in the job world , so its good. Value-for-money Yeah about this , its pretty expensive. But its good though . They make up for it. It cost me 1L per year and pay via two installments.
