Remarks

I got to this college via the UPTU exam, which was conducted for state only. The faculty members of this college are good and very supportive. Some teachers are not able to teach correctly but some are like gods. Administrations are also good and supportive.

I choose information technology as the cut-off of cse is very low like 5k-6k but I ranked 16k in the uptu exam that's why I choose this. there are a total of 60-65 students in a class and 1 coordinator for each class so in this way 1 teacher has 60-65 students.

Placement Experience

The placement of this college is very high like if you belong to the IT, CSE, ECE, CSIT branch you get a job of a minimum of 4lpa for sure. The average package is 5lpa for now and I think that it is going to get bigger.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship is given by the up government if you belong to a middle-level family many people belong to the upper family but still got the scholarship by providing fake doc. The fee is 120799rs for 1 year of academics.

Our campus is small 18-19 acre still there are lots of clubs in our college some of them for sport, tech, dance, singing, judo etc. some of the clubs are uddeshya, into geeks, ERP, kmc and many more. out of them I personally like uddeshya because it is NGO.

Hostel Facilities

Meals in the hostel are good I had chosen the hostel for only one year as at that time I was new there. I lived in Atithi and cv Raman boys hostel both are for 1st year only. there were many different types of meals and also the menu is maintained by the student after being approved by the warden obviously.

Hostel Fee: INR 94000 per year

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
