Course Curriculum Overview

Choose the course in which you want to make your career. There is a good number of students and faculty. The faculty is friendly and clears our doubts as they are experienced and have deep knowledge of the subject. There is 2 semester in one year.

Different companies offer internships. Cognizant is one of them which offers internships. The internship will help us to build ourselves in corporate work. Also, an internship helps to tackle the challenges.

Placement Experience

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements. There are lots of offers from different companies. The highest package is 43LPA and the average package is 4-6LPA. 95% of students get placed in different companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Hostel fees are much higher. College fees are moderate. You can get government and private scholarships (LPF Scholarship- For girls only). You can get jobs in reputed companies such as Adani, Worley, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.

There are so many cultural teams that help us to develop ourselves. They are conducted in February. Library provides us with different books, also there is the departmental library. Class with full facilities.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

Life at DIT Pune

I had applied to many colleges in the city but due to the high cut off i got selected here. But getting into this college was not any way lesser.
