Remarks
The admission process is simple, there's nothing like an entrance exam. There are two ways to get into the college, one is through Management quota for which you can go anytime before or after the announcement of cet results (I suggest to go before results getting announced because you might get concession) and another way is to get into through CET ranking for which you need your ranks in the specified limit and then you can visit the college and fill the application form.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in computers and software, so I preferred either computer science engineering or information science engineering. Finally, I got a seat in information science and I was happy. Coming to the faculty-student ratio, I can say there is a faculty for every 50 people; the quality of faculty is moderate and the teaching method is better. You will have internals every month and externals twice in an academic year.
Placement Experience
From the 6th sem, you are officially qualified for placements. Many companies visit this college for placements like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package was 27 lakh, which happened last year and the average package is around 6 lakh, most of which get placed. I'm hoping for a job after getting a degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Personally, I feel the fee structure is comparatively high considering the provided features and scholarships is being provided by the government, not by the college, so I don't think the college going to provide any scholarships and for past two years there have been placements happening in outstanding number.
Campus Life
Three annual fest over here is called VISMAY and it's good but the sad part was it didn't happen in the past two years due to covid and felt happy it's happening this year. Usually, it's conducted in the month of June or July and the library is too good and you have a digital library too. Classrooms are maintained clean and have a good ambience. Sports over here are completely optional, I don't say it is better but good. Jal naman is a social group started here for awareness of the importance of water.
