Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of Mass Communication and Journalism is a course offered by calicut university only for few colleges under it.Only 9 colleges are given the course by calicut University so it is a rare course and has multiple choices for our future plans after the course

A number of events are celebrated in our college. Cultural fest, College day, Cricket and football Tournaments. And the college union also setup an yearly Blood donation camp.And there also take place exhibitions by each departments of the college.And the students from nearby educational institutions come to visit the exhibition.

As our course is given for less colleges the fee is bit high in comparison with other courses.The fee is 20,000 Rs in each semester.And as they provide educational loan it helps the students.But the course is really helpful for getting a job in future.

The college days are the best time in our life.And it gives us the best memories for the rest of our life.There are political parties in our college but only for good aspects,and for the well being of the students.And no intolerance in tge case of gender ,race,religion,economic. Status etc.All are the same in the college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostal facilities ar the best.The nearby 3 star hotel is given as the hostel.They provide 10 rooms for the hostelers. The hotel is of one of the college trustees.And the rooms are share rooms. Four in one room.And tylhe food also is of good quality and timely.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors were very friendly and made us mingle easily with the college atmosphere.And we didn't had to face any mistreatment from them.
Exam Structure
The Exams ar decently maintained, and the exams and labs never leaves on with a hectic day and its very much chilled out.And our college is a university exam centre the students from other private colleges come to our college for their semester examination.
Admission
For the admission procedure we had to submit some certificates and had to attend an interview and the the final admission notice was released.The admission was on the basis of percentage only 70% and above students are admitted for the courses in there l.
Faculty
The faculy for the course is the best we could get, Dr C D Chakkappan former dean of jornalism department of calicut university is our journalism professor. He has a doctorate in journalism.And its amoung one of the first doctorates in kerala. And he provides tge best classes we could get.
