I took Common entrance test in Karnataka, I scored 2nd class and i opted for this college because it has been started by a group of professors from various engineering colleges.

Being from 1st batch of this engineering college, I never had to join any internship and the academics were at its best , I directly joined an M.N.C.

Excellent placement activities with a focus to place every single candidate into an organisation which is suitable for his skill set and capabilities. Being a very good engineering college and a placement officer with more than 15 years experience, getting internships or jobs will be very easy.

SVIT celebrates sports events every semester and annual talent festival is conducted by name "Sanchalana" managed and executed by students with help from corresponding college staff.

Fee structure is decided by the university however SVIT gives a flexible opportunity to pay fees in installments and not to burden initially at the beginning of the year.

There are lot of scholarship and loan programs conducted by SVIT as it is a part of Educational trust for welfare of people who wants to educate their wards.

It was a very good combination of academics and extra curricular activities allowing a person to enjoy his college life along with the best of education imparted at college.

I have never used hostel or mess facilities personally, however as i have seen my college, they were very happy with the hostel amenities, security, discipline and rules. Hostel was managed by a college management appointed employees and adhered to academ

Exams are conducted by VTU Belgaum Karnataka. Where as internal exams will be conducted on weekly basis to assist students to improve themselves on a regular basis.

Each professor has more than 10 yrs of teaching experience and a master in their respective fields.
