Remarks

Admission was through CAP round I applied through jee mains as an oms candidate, it was about 3 hours process submitting required documents. About the reservation, yes, there was reservation same reservation which is available in any other college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has decent faculties all well qualified as in rest colleges not all faculty is as good in teaching as their qualification says. But college has understanding HODs who listens to students and their reviews about faculties.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 143401 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, cognizant, Capgemini and Infosys are the mass recruiters in college with an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per anum and about internship mostly students get internships by themselves after their 4th semesters.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placement in the 4th semester and slowly increase their internship for getting more knowledge about the field they are working in about 60 to 70 percent of students gets placement in college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The actual fees of college are about 1.5 lacks per year but could be reduced by scholarship to half the price by fulfilling the criteria or terms and conditions of the scholarship, regarding scholarships, the college has decent placement.

Campus Life

The college has about 18 clubs, all clubs including coding, culture and art, and many more college has Eureka lab which helps students to discuss their ideas and funds for their inventions. And contains many social groups.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option. The admission process is simple. You can aplly here if you have given the state exam i.e MHTCET or JEE. After giving these exams, apply to the cap rounds.
