Entrance Preview
Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline with valid score of MAT/CAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT. There is an online application procedure to be followed. Candidates may apply online at www.delhi.iihmr.org. The eligible candidates will be invited for Group Discussion and Interview.
Course Curriculum Overview
Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management with specialization in (i) Hospital Management, (ii) Health Management and (iii) Health Information Technology Management. The course curriculum is very well-designed to produce managers with good skills in skills in planning, implementation, operational management, diagnosing and problem solving, consultancy and entrepreneurship related to healthcare industry.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, summer internship is compulsory and the college helps you to secure one. The stipend might not be great but it helps a lot.
Placement Experience
The college sees regular offers being made on campus by companies like Thumbay Group, EyeQ Hospitals chain, Medanta, Fortis Escorts hospitals, Apollo, Artemis Health Institute, Rockland Hospital, and Deloitte. Average salary is INR 3 lakhs per annum whereas the offers can go up to 8 lakhs per annum too.
College Events
The events are mostly related to management studies in hospital management and public health issue. You should not miss the seminars and workshops organized by the college on these subjects. Some students feel that they are too research oriented but they are still worth paying attention too.

Campus Life
Excellent. You have very intelligent type of crowd on the campus because nearly all people are doctors from various parts of the country. It's an interesting atmosphere.
Exam Structure
Two years, 4 semesters. So you have 4 semester exams and not annual exams.
Faculty
Faculty is very good because they are nearly all experienced doctors. The management faculty is also very good. It is great to learn from those who have already worked in the fields/subjects that they are teaching about. The support, encouragement and guidance you get here is of a superior quality.
