Remarks
There is no entrance exam but yes there is a scholarship exam and to get the scholarship you have to score more than 40 marks. The application form is online you can fill it out anytime. It's a private university so there are not any reservation benefits. You can get easily admission if you score more than 60% in your 12th. Scholarships are also given on the bases of your jee rank or your 12th score.
Course Curriculum Overview
Mostly Faculty members are youngsters so they are friendly and supportive. They will help you in solving your query. Examinations are taken on a regular basis and each and every mark will be counted at the end of the semester. There is also a relative marking system. It may or may not be beneficial for you.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they provide internships during 3rd year in the university itself but if you want to do it on your own in a different company or you can say outside campus then the university provides you NOC (No Objection Certificate) but only during the third year.
Placement Experience
Placements are good. More than 900 multinational companies visited the CU campus in 2022 and the highest international package offered is 1.7cr and the average package lies between 4lakh-5lakh per annum. Companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte, IBM, and Flipkart visited Cu every year. Overall placements are better as compared to other private universities.
Fees and Financial Aid
My time fee is 90k per semester but this year there is a hike in fees and it's around 1.06k per semester. You can give a scholarship test (CUCET EXAM) and score as much as you can. It's an online test and it's based on the 11th and 12th syllabus. Scholarships are also given based on your jee mains or 12th score.
Campus Life
There is a friendly environment. Students from different states and even from different countries live together. Annual fest, Cultural fest, and Tech fest are being conducted on the regular basis. Different clubs are run by the students you can join them if you are interested in these.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are 3,4,5 seaters. 4 seaters are conjured as compared to 5-seater. Mess food is up to mark and yes it's eatable and the menu of a mess depends on the students. Registration of hostels is done through the university website. A gym, reading room, T.V room, and saloon are also provided to hostel students.
