In gujrat there is merit system if you want to get addmission in government colleges I have applied in that and maybe I was rejected because in merit system they first give addmission to lower cast and for higher cast there is very high cutoff that's why I couldn't enroll in any government colleges, I have also visited some private colleges but most of these college were already full. I silver oak university there is very simple and easy addmission process, you can get addmission offline by visiting campus as well as from home by online addmission through University web site.
