Remarks

One should not come to this college for studying purposes as you will not get any type of good knowledge.there is also not facility of sitting in the college campus due to some unknown reasons.one should try to search for other colleges as infrastructure is not good, lack of teaching staff, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course here is very old and there are insufficient professors to teach the subject.the subject teached are only on book basis and it can't be implemented in practical way.the exam structure is a unit test conducted in college and final university exam conducted at the last of 70 marks.this is the external exam and one needs to score atleast 28 marks to pass.

Placement Experience

0.5

The placements are not done here.the local companies are visiting but the salary is also less.the college has not tied up with any of the big companies.the opportunities are less.the college also not provides any type of internship to anywhere.the intership needs to done by the student itself.

College Events

1.5

There are various events celebrated like marathon, dance, quiz, coding, projects etc .the events occur only twice a year and the amount needs to paid to participate in the events.also visiting other colleges are also there for events.the cricket tournament is organized and the college has its own ground to play.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is somewhat expensive as there is lack of scope in studying here.also lack of staff and knowledge by them is poor.the fee is collected per sem and for the final exam we need to pay extra fees.the amount taken by the college have various categories but none of them are done.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship is provided by the college and there is no option of loan.the 1st rank from first year, second year, third year get a chance to win the scholarship through other programmes.the scholarship given is almost 10-20 percentage of fee .

Campus Life

1

There is a computer lab with 60 pcs and also a server is present.the only sport played is cricket and that too not regularly.before the starting of the cricket tournament the practice is done and competition is there between us and other colleges.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni never visit the college and senior students work for themselves.they never help to any type of problem occured.they also do not complaint about the lack of staff.the seniors need to be more good to others

Admission

I got admission in my college through visiting the office.I had to pay 100 rs as a fee for a form to be submitted and also paying the semester fee with it.the process is as simple but after completing 2 years i think one should try to go and search for another colleges.

Faculty

1

There is short staff in the college and the professors are not good to teach a subject.there is lack of knowledge in the professors.also there is no hiring of staff in previous years.the minimum time to teach a subject is 1 hr and 2 hr for practical.the teaching here is not very good.

Remarks:

Advantages: without these new opportunities, many students would never have realized a college degree was still possible. The advantages include: 1. Reduced Cost The competitiveness for enrolling students in online courses (or to complete degree programs), literally from across the globe, has created a marketplace that enables students to enroll in almost any course provided by dozens of institutions. This competition has driven both the cost to the institution and the price for the student downward due to almost unlimited enrollments. 2. Accessibility Similarly, the online course environment and proliferation of such opportunities enables students to enroll in courses at multiple times during the calendar year and to complete the required work for each course on their own time, that is, around work, family and other personal obligations. Students are also able to complete courses at a single location, usually their own home, a library or some other designated space. The alleviation of time and space restrictions for learning is a tremendous enhancement to this degree completion opportunity. 3. Fulfillment of Dreams Perhaps the most significant of the results associated with these opportunities for many students is the realization they are able to earn a degree, which might have seemed unattainable until now. Many of the barriers to completion are removed from their paths and a college degree is suddenly within reach. Disadvantages: capitalizing on these opportunities may come with some risk. The consumer of any commodity must always acknowledge the “buyer beware” warning label, and this is unfortunately also true with higher education. Some disadvantages (warnings) include: 1. Inflated Expectations (especially for transfer) Sometimes students may become so enthralled with their new opportunities for courses they might make assumptions about how their newly-earned credits will apply to their previous degree program or transfer to the institutions they previously attended. Academic policies at a former institution might allow for limited courses taken at other institutions, have time limits on specific courses or have substantial changes in degree requirements. Clearly, students must confer with the institution from which they intend to earn a degree before enrolling in courses. 2. Coherence of the Degree Program When students take advantage of the multiple and varied opportunities for completing courses that enable them to advance their degree, they often succumb to the simple criterion of availability — if it meets a requirement, it’s okay. This principle might be true, but the relationships of the total curriculum could easily be lost in the disconnectedness of taking courses from many different sources. This is not to say students do not learn from each course, but that the integration of course content may not be obvious when left to the individual students to infer. 3. Vulnerability Unfortunately, there are course and degree “providers” engaged in this new opportunity that are not as ethical, or even legitimate, as most are. Misleading advertising can be very compelling to the eager and unsuspecting student, especially since there has been so much positive press about these expectations and opportunities. However, diploma mills do exist, and the student is responsible to verify a provider’s status. Also, some institutions may mask their lack of specific accreditation(s) in order to attract unsuspecting students. Such accreditations can be especially relevant in professional and licensure programs, and even in traditional liberal arts and science, business, health care and other areas.
