Entrance Preview

Heard a lot about the placements of this college in our school, so I was fully focused to crack the entrance. I submitted the Registration form for the entrance test and scored well. I prepared well and I got majority of the help from the institute that I joined to crack the exam. Previous year papers needs to be solved inorder to understand the pattern of the exam as well as the topic that would be covered.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum was distributed equally, though the main focus was on theoretical part and less on practical, which I think should be the other way around. But we had a lot of free time to apply it practically and learn and understand the basics and the core of the subject. The faculties were very helpful for this approach and were always ready to help us and guide us.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement cell of the college made sure that we all get chance to showcase our skills to the companies. The college helped us a lot so that we were able to differentiate between which option to chose, placement training was offered to all of us.

College Events

3.5

Every year college organizes a lot of cultural and technical events that helps us to minimize the burden of the studies. We were given passes to invite our family and friends, and due to limited seats, we all were offered equal number of passes, and in case you need extra passes, you had to contact the college administration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For first year, our fees was Rs. 75,000 and second year onwards, it was Rs. 66000, making it a total of Rs.2,73,000. I had to take a loan which was easily available after college recommended us. Loan was offered to us at a very low rate of interest and repayment options were pretty good. College helped in the entire process.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is offered to all meritorious Science students who done well in their 12th (10+2) Board examination. Students getting more than 90% would get Rs.30,000 Students getting 80% to 90% would get Rs.25,000 Students getting 70% to 80% would get Rs.15,000 I was able to get the scholarship of Rs.15,000 since I secured 73% in board examinations.

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.
