Remarks

Admission should be based on the merits of students and if you give them scholarships then it's your responsibility to make sure that they get them. If anyone has above 85 per cent marks in their 12th then it's your responsibility to make sure that they are eligible for the scholarship application. Entrance tests should be held for every branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have to give term exams 2 times in a semester first one is MST 1 which is 20 marks and another one is MST 2 also contains 20 marks. Meanwhile, we had given a tutorial test of 10 marks 3 times in a semester. Then after they conducted the end semesters exam at last. RGPV exam is not that easy to give. We have to work hard for that. Make sure that you become a degree achiever, not a degree holder.

Placement Experience

My plans after getting a degree are to get placed by the college in Wipro or Microsoft companies. So that I am Able to complete my need and I am able to support my family financially too I become a software engineer and then I go for a master's degree further.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provides many scholarships for students who are eligible for that particular scheme. For example - OBC scholarships, sc /st caste scholarships, etc. Most of our sincere students were placed in the reputed companies.

Campus Life

There are many Social media sites run by our students. For example - the Instagram page of sd Bansal confession and many more. We have an English club and a coding club in our college for interested students who want to achieve their goals.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

A balanced and Review : the good and the bad
