Things that everyone know before admission in university

The admission process is very simple and good. As I want to take admission to B.com. Firstly I called the university call centre to get information about the course and the availability of the course. Then they guide me to visit the university and counselling for the course. They give detailed information about the course, placements and other activities in the university. After counselling, I choose my course and pay security fees and other fees along with necessary documents. The application form is easily available at the reception of the university and other information regarding documents can be easily gotten from the staff at reception. The scholarship is provided to the students according to their marks in 12th. The overall admission process is really simple and effective.

I choose B.com because I want to be specialist in the field of accounts. And another reason is the availability of jobs in the banking sector. In my course, there are 75 students. And the availability of staff is good according to the numbers of students. Teachers are well qualified and experienced. They teach by using projectors as well as through blackboard for providing a good experience. They conduct two Mid-semester exams and one End semester exam. It is difficult for the preparation of exams as they do not provide any holiday in Mid Semester exam and in 2nd Mid term exams they conduct 2 exams in a single day without holiday which it very difficult to prepare and get good marks. Even in end-semester exams they also do not provide holidays for every exam. This put a lot of pressure on students to cover the syllabus and for preparing for exams.

There are various opportunities provided by the university for internships in different companies like The Times Of India, a Stock holding corporation and Metro. Some of the internships are providing stipends. Projects are made according to our internship and viva and presentation of the project are seen at the end of the internship. It contains 50 marks.

The fees are divided into two parts. The first one is examination fees and the second is tuition fees. The scholarship is provided to all students accounting to their numbers in 12th and the scholarship will continue for the course. Girl child scholarships, corporate employee scholarships, and Sibling scholarships are provided in the university.

Life on the campus is good. Annual fests are conducted in universities like the Vaisakhi Mela conducted in the month of April and the Diwali Mela conducted near the Diwali. In the library, there are a lot of books related to our course as well as a journal and another book for extra knowledge. In classrooms, there is one AC and projector along with fans and lights. Various Extra curriculum activities are conducted in university like vivid management, Josh-e- jazba, sports meet, etc.
