Remarks

To get admission one should be qualified in Jee Mains . The admission application form is on reap online platform where you can fill the form in the month of June and July. you can get a reservation through OBC, SC, ST. College is quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The placement chances are more in the mining branch. About 48 students and 6 to 8 teachers are there. All graduated with master's in their subjects after every 5th month there is a semester exam. There is no mid-sem exam.

Internships Opportunities

There are so many companies like RSMML Jaisalmer, GMDC Gujarat, Tata Power, Adani Power, Vedanta, HCL, and many more. A project like production in mining by Vedanta, the geology of mines by Tata Power, and exploring the open cast mines by RSMML, etc.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, you can get placement, with companies like Vedanta, Tata Power, Adani Power, ACC cement, and Shree cement. The lowest package is around 5 lakh and Highest is about 14 lakh, above 85% of students are getting placement. I want a good placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for one semester is 15000 and the year is 30000. It is not so much and anyone from the middle class can get it. There are two types of scholarship one is merit-based and the other is a need type. It was about 10000. Per year.

Campus Life

Freshers are held every August, and many other fests like tech fest and culture fest are held in January and March. Everyone can get books through the library. Classrooms with smart boards and with ACs. Every year one sports fest is held. Swatch Bharat, blood donation, and many other camps are going on.

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
