Remarks

Firstly I have an exam named CET which means common entrance test. I have scored 90 percentile in that exam, and the cut-off for our college was 86 percentile in that way I got my admission to this college

I have chosen this course because I love to code and to know various things about computers and the internet. The focus lay also is so good at teaching and solving problems. They positively teach you.

Our college gives many more internship opportunities but to claim this opportunity we have to build ourselves like this we should learn everything around us. And it is Compulsory to have an internship from 7 sem to 8 sem.

The fees structure for our college is as follows Open category - 143000 Obc/- 83000 Sc/JV/nt - 36000 St - 6360 This was the whole fess structure for our college which includes mainly the tuition fees and some extra Curricular activities.

There are many clubs in our college as we go from toastmaster international club, photography club, yoga club, drama club, dance club, music club, and art club, to speech club. There also arecompetitionss in intern college club

Hostel Facilities

I choose to stay in a hostel as there are many more facilities than a private hostel. The facilities are as follows:- Hot water for bathing Proper mess facility Proper furniture in every room Cctv Cirviliance Warden support And many more.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option.
