Student Review of KES Shroff College

My application process went through without a hitch. It began with online registration, followed by a selection procedure that was entirely merit-based, taking into account HSC grades. My application form was freely available online, with only a little application fee of Rs. 200. Although the admissions process was quick, it could have been better. Students should be able to track their applications through a better interface.

I chose this course because the content appealed to me. I've always been interested in management and aspired to be one someday. This course's syllabus is straightforward and comprehensive. This course also provides an excellent foundation for my future studies. The professors were really earnest in their job. They were high-knowledge institutions with specialised knowledge in their domains. Exams were also scheduled at regular intervals. They weren't difficult at all; you only needed to know all of your ideas to breeze through the exams.

Throughout the year, students can participate in a variety of internships. Various businesses and startups also invest in our students and provide them with work opportunities. Some of the major companies that offer internships to our students are Servify, Hastag, and Zerodha. The stipend varies from job to job, but it is always at least 3000 a month. Because the students already have busy schedules, they are only required to work for a maximum of three hours every day. These internships are extremely beneficial to them because they equip us with valuable job and field experience. They aid in the development of a strong resume.

Our college's placement scenario appears to be well-organized. Our college has a separate division known as the K-School that is responsible for employment offers and placement options for students. Beginning in their first year, students have a plethora of internship opportunities. As a junior, the typical package in my field is roughly 8 lacs per year. My plans for the future when I finish my degree must include further education. I intend to get a master's degree in marketing in Sweden.

The cost structure was reasonably priced. It wasn't a setback for any student, regardless of their financial situation. A number of scholarships were also available for qualified students. Our college also offers work placements and internships, which help them pay their tuition and support their families. Even I was able to secure an internship while in college. It happened at a start-up. My work title was changed to Marketing Manager, with a monthly remuneration of Rs 4000.

The best point of being a student at KES college has to be the collegiate lifestyle. All of the pupils who attend this school are well-respected and qualified. They've all found the right balance between job and social life. Every month, our college hosts a variety of festivals and programmes to distract students from their arduous work schedules. A library with a separate computer room and a Kindle lab is also available at our college. There are a lot of books in there. ACs and Smart Boards were plentiful in our classes. In addition, our college has a large turf where sports such as cricket and football are played.
