My Experience at ITS

The admission process is really simple, students should score a minimum of 45% in class 12th to get eligible for the course and there is no entrance test required. The application form costs only ?200 and can easily be found on the college website. Usually, the forms are out in the month of June or July. There are counselors available who will help you with your application processes. There are no reservation benefits available.

I chose this course because it is a professional course that provides a good headstart for candidates who wish to develop managerial skills within themselves and make them corporate-ready. The course takes students through the core areas of management including marketing, sales, finance, etc. The faculty-student ratio here is 1:60 i.e. 1 faculty per 60 students. The faculty members are highly qualified and have excellent knowledge in their key subjects. every faculty is at least a Ph.D. qualified. The term semester exams are held by the University itself after every 6 months. Also, the internal exams are held every 2 months. The difficulty level of exams is average i.e. they are easy to pass, but hard to score good.

The internship opportunities are provided to students in the mid-semester around June. Recently Bajaj and Parle came to our college and offered internship opportunities to 32 students of our college with a monthly stipend of ?10000. The students were provided with the advertising role. for selection, we have to make a presentation of a start-up plan and present it to the HRs of the companies. After completing the project, we got to know about the in-depth working of the industries and gained a lot of positive expirience.

Students become eligible for the campus placement drives from the 5th semester itself. Many reputed companies like Deloitte, Parle, HCL, Wipro, and many more visit the campus for recruiting students for various posts. The highest package offered was 700000 per annum and the average was 250000 per annum. about 60% of the students get the successful placement right from the college campus. I am planning to join an MNC at HR post after completion of my course.

The fee for this course is 124900 per annum. College does not charge any extra money from the students throughout the year. Students only have to pay the semester exam fee that is directly paid to the university and it costs around 6000 per year. Scholarships are provided by the UP government at regular intervals and also there is a student welfare fund established in our college for financially weak students.

The annual function is conducted every year in the month of may right after the semester exams end. There are 3 libraries in our college with the availability of all the books required by the students for carrying out their academic studies. Students are also provided with barcodes through which they can issue any book of their interest for a period of 15 days. Sports facilities are also very good and regular sports activities are conducted during the winter season. There are a lot of clubs like HR, Marketing, Fashion, Dance, Sports, and many more clubs that are totally run by students with the guidance of faculty members.
