Remarks

The entrance exam which i took was ts eamcet, I think it is quite easy compared to jee mains. You can also apply for this college through jee mains score. The approximate general cutoff for my course through eamcet is around 4000 rank, and the jee percentile required is may be around 96.

Course Curriculum Overview

I mainly choose this college for its placements and college life. The student ratio is about 1:2. The teachers are really qualified and experienced. We can passbthe exams with a littile effort during exams.

Internships Opportunities

I don't know much about internship companies as I am a first year student, I got some information from my seniors. Our college helps students to get internships from 2nd year itself, some times may be from first year also. Some times we get stipend, some times with no stipend depending on companies.

Placement Experience

The main reason i took admission in this college is for placements. The highest package of last year was around 92 lpa got in usa, in domestic the highest package is 35 lpa. The average package got is 12 lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of the college is around 3.5 lakhs per year but if you get below 10k rank in eamcet you will get full fee reimbursement if you are Telangana student by applying ts epass, you can also apply for nsp.

Campus Life

The college life in vnr vignanjyoti is one of the best in Hyderabad. We hav one of the biggest cultural fest named sintallashunz which is a 3 days fest. And we have several tech fests, the library of vnr is also one of the best. Vnr vignanjyoti is know for its sports, when it comes to sports there are so many achievements by the students, college management encourages sports alot. And we have around 12 or more clubs .

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
