Admission process is through JEE extrance examination taken by NTA . It is National level exam conducted student appearing in 12th and 12th passout student. The cutoff for CSE is arournd under 13k rank.

As in firsts year all student taught the same course, in this basics of different department subject is taught such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Basic elsctrical engineering, Computer programing. Faculty was average mostly depend which teacher is teaching you. Some are amzaing and some make class so boring.

Many compaies hire interns from 2nd, 3rd year. Some companises the Flipkart, Amazon , JPMC ,etc give pre placement offer to student. Mostly 3rd year student involved in intership and some of them grap the pre placement offer.

This year average placement is high, companies like flipkart, amazon, PSU's, JPMC, etc visit the college. Many student get PPO in their intership during 3rd year of course. Average package for CSE - 17.30 LPA ECE - 12.65 LPA EE - 11.28 LPA

Fees is a little bit higher as per facilities provided by College as compared to other NIT's/ But if you are eligible of MMVY scholarship for student from Madhaya Pradesh you can avail full scholarship on hostel and mess fee.

There is a lot of restriction for 1st year student like you can not go outside the hostel after classes. If you want to go out require to write the application to go out. Ragging happen in the college. No strict action taken by authorities until complained for ragging cases.

Hostel are average. One room is allocated to three student in first year hostel.The room is small for 3 peaople as it structure is made for 2 student only. The mess food is good. The mess menu decided by student only.
