MH-CET, AIEEE Better placement as compared to other colleges in pune. Established institution with proven record.
Internships Opportunities
College provided us a platform where companies can visit and look for students for internships. Few did their internships at persistent,IBM. Many other students also completed their project/internships with few other companies.
Placement Experience
Placement committee was very well organised. they provided training in communication and aptitude test solving which helped students during their interviews. Over 50-60 IT well known companies visited college for recruiting. Almost all of the students from CS/IT had a offer with them when they graduated. Companies generally offered packages in range of 3-4LPA.
College Events
Every year Technical festival was organised for 2 days. It had small competitions like programming, gaming, quiz, puzzles, poster presentation ,few other games like chess etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had 50% tuition benefit due to OBC category. Some of my friends had education loans from maharashtra bank and others.
Campus Life
Campus life was good. male-female ratio was around 55-45. (except mechanical). Every year Technical festival was organised for 2 days. It had small competitions like programming, gaming, quiz, puzzles, poster presentation ,few other games like chess etc.
Alumni/Alumna
I am not in much touch with other alumni and college. So no idea about this. But they do organize alumni meet every year.
Admission
After results of CET, Applied via CAP-Central Admission Process. In this you have to fill the option preference form with College name and branch name. Got admitted in 2nd round for Bachelor of engineering - information technology 4 year course.
Faculty
Very few of the faculty members had 10+ years of experience and masters degree. None had phd that time. I think all profs were simultaneously doing ME and 1-2 profs received their PHDs. Although The faculty members were not very experienced and knowledgeable, they were very helpful. The university syllabus focuses less on practical knowledge.
