Review of MANIT Bhopal

B.Tech. CSE is one of the most esteemed courses at NIT Bhopal. To get the branch you, the closing rank for HS is around 8-9k HS and 6k OS (Open, Male). Internships are also offered by all major MNCs like Microsoft, Flipkart, JP Morgan, etc. However, they're mostly for CSE and the stipend offered is around 50k - 1lac. The internship can be converted into a PPO if the work you do is liked by the company.

Many MNCs like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google visit MANIT. The placement for CSE is around 100% Highest packages offered on campus are around 42 LPA. The placement drive starts for fourth sem students however third-year interns can also get placements through PPO.

The fee are a bit high for a govt college and there's a hike at regular intervals the details of which are available at many.ac.in. For MP students financial aid is available for both hostel and college fees under the MMVY scholarship scheme. For other state students, there isn't much scheme. However, the fees are subsidized based on income slabs so are affordable for lower-income slabs. On-campus internships can be found to pay for the fees. Loans and other schemes are also available.

There are many societies and clubs in MANIT, like Vision, Roobaroo, IBC, and IEEE. Social life is not at par with other NITs due to the ongoing pandemic but the events, when conducted, are worth it. Maffick is the annual cultural fest conducted here. MANIT has central India's largest digital library. Sports complex and gym are also available? Classrooms are spacious but lack facilities like AC - Bhopal being very hot.
