Remarks

I am interested in Bioinformatics. There is no other college in both Andhra and Telangana with the course of B.Tech Bioinformatics. I joined this college based on EAMCET marks with a 50% scholarship. Quality education along with high placements. So, I prefered this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in Bioinformatics. 1:15 is the faculty and student ratio. The qualification of faculty is either MS, M.Tech or PhD. The teaching method they follow is good. They meet the requirements of the students. Exams will be conducted once a month for a total of 3 midterms. Exams can be passed easily if we follow the class properly and self study at least two hours a day. U can pass with a good grades

Class Size: 41Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The process of the internship is a good many student after completing the 7th sem they go to the internship and undergo training for 5 months. Based on their performance their position in the company and salary increment will be decided whether they are eligible for the job or not. Those who are in the period of internship get a basic salary of around 10 -12k. Some students do their projects during that period.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester or 3-2 students are eligible for campus placements . Companies such as HCL, CTS, TCS, AMAZON, ACCENTURE, CORE COMPANIES such as focus edumatics, etc. min of 1 offer to max of 4 companies. The highest package is 14 LAKHS . Average package is 3 .2 lakhs. >60% of students get placed in various on-campus companies. I am interested in doing Ms.

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.Tech bioinformatics the fee is 1,30,000/- We can get scholarships based on EAMCET, JEE, NEET, and VSAT rank. Based on my rank I got a 50% scholarship. Campus selections will be taken place and the placement rate is high.

Campus Life

The annual fest is freshers and all national declared events will be celebrated accordingly. Department fests will be conducted. All kinds of books and journals will be available in the NTR library. Optional clubs will be included under SAC and interested ones can join those optional clubs. @Vignanvidhyardhulu is the official insta page run by vignan students.

Hostel Facilities

Bed, cupboards, attached washrooms. The type of room is based on AC or Non-AC. The food in the college hostel mess is good. The fees are based on AC and non -AC. It ranges between 90k-1.25k. The registration process is quite simple.

I would rate the course curriculum a 4.5 out of 5. The college got many new department like cyber security and artificial intelligence and data science as well. Highest they show was 60Lpa obviously off campus and was in the year 2022 but there were quite good ones from AWS 32 lpa, yugabyte 44lpa, Morgan Stanley 29lpa. Average package is 5.9lpa. I applied to KLU, Guntur also.I got a confirmation for admission in that college. But I choose this college because public transporation facility is very good and also I can easily go to the college at any time. I didn't get any rejections from college I applied. The admission process of my college is initial counselling is there in that they will tell about admission procedure and all. After that they will allocate the people for the admissions they will do the process. The eligibilty for the admission based on VSAT, EAMCET and JEE MAINS and IPE exams also.Most student write VSAT and get admission in that. Cutoffs VSAT:70 %.
