A Bit About JUET

The Admission is done based on Both JEE Mains and 12th Basis. The Cutoff for 12th is around 70% above in PCM subject, and for JEE Mains is around 80%ile. The Placements are really good and being better year by year. Reservation is not a big issue here, candidates with a defense background may get some negotiation in fee structure.

Being the field of interest, I opt for B.Tech with CSE Branch. Faculty-student ratio is nearly around 10:1 The teaching method is really good and has full air-conditioned Lecture Theaters and Labs. All faculty members have a Ph.D. degree in their respective Subjects. Nearly After 1.5 months and the difficulty level are Easy-Moderate.

Placements are good with 100% Placements from the past many years. The average package is nearly 7.5 LPA. Many companies like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Multiple MNC, and Product-based companies come for the requirement process. The highest Package is 41 LPA and the average is 7.5 LPA. 100 % Placements

Fees are around 300000 Rs (Including Hostel, Mess, and Academics). Financial assistance is given to candidates with a family background in defense and some other benefits are also given to rankers. The job I got here is an internship in a reputed company.

D'Equinox is the cultural fest organized here which is the biggest event in This college. Teachon is the Tech fest organized here at JUET. In the month of April-May, these fests are conducted. Plenty of books is available in the library which is open from 9 AM to 11 PM. JYC: JUET YOUTH CLUB is the club that has 4 wings i.e. LITERARY WIND, ART & EVENT WING, CULTURAL WING, MEDIA WING. An NGO is also here named SHIKSHA SETU: which helps needy children with their study part and some Food Donation.

Hostel Facilities are good Enough, A room with 3 beds or for 3 students is available, although you can also take a whole room for yourself it will increase the hostel fees by 10k. Meal Quality is decent, Delivers food thrice a day.
