Eligibility are 45% in 12th, jee rank needed. To find application form and other check the official website of seemanta engineering college. Reservations are also available . Admission ar done in the college and it was fast and time saving

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose btech cse because i am really interested in computers and want to develop software. Faculties are very good and helpful. They are highly qualified and have a very good teaching methods they make you understand ever thing . Exam are not that hard and you can pass if you stidy well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students for campus placements the companies visit are Maine great companies and also multinational company and good lpa and if you don't get any placement you can always check other job but you want to do and you will be available to do it without any problem

Fees and Financial Aid

Name of the scholarship is odishascholarship and it gives you at keast 20000 and if you are st or sc the you can get more then 50000 but general categories dont get anything. I haven't got a job because i am a first year.

Campus Life

Well i dont know much because i am a first year but this year there was a annual function is gonig yo gapper on 16 apr named SYNAPSE there are so many events to participate. A very good library is ther all the books related to course are available . Class are always clean and big i size and a very good environment. Every year there is annual sports and ther so many types os of games are played

Hostel Facilities

A table ,bed ans self is provided in the room. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic and are cleaned every day. The food menu is very good and the meals are very tasty. Hotel registration are done with admission

Interview Experience

They may ask you something if you have a v?ery low grade uther then that they dont ask you any thing. You just need the required documents and you must have your jee certificate and some passport photo

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.
