The top institute among AKTU, The Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow is a state government-funded technical institute in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is a constituent college of Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. It is popularly known as " Engineering College" in Lucknow.

Course Curriculum Overview

Btech computer science (regular) is the top branch in IET Lucknow, faculties are supportive, and faculties grads from IITs, since IET Lucknow is autonomous so he makes his own paper in exam. And not so difficult to pass semester exams in college

Placement Experience

5-semester students get an internship, off-campus, a batch of 2023 got an internship in Goldman Sachs around 10 students, means the level of students are very good here, almost you will be assured that if you get branch here like cs/it than 7 lakh is your benchmark placement, everyone gets minimum 7 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no hike in fee structure, I have got up a post-matric scholarship, almost everyone got this who applied, and the amount would be around 50k for obs/ general. On-campus placement offers are not so great but some companies reach out and give offers

Campus Life

The motto of our institute is "Gyan Bharam Kriyam Binam" which means that knowledge is a load without application. The students of this institute are not only rich in technical and academic skills but they also excel culturally. To celebrate all these skills of our students, our cultural fest 'ENCORE' is organized every year. It is our institute's cultural and technical fest. Other colleges from throughout the country are invited to participate in the fest. Encore stands for Endeavour, Nous, Creativity, Opera, Rollick and Enthusiasm. This is the theme of Encore with which we budding engineers bring out the very best in ourselves. It provides a platform for self-analysis and also enhances managing, organizing and many more hidden capabilities among the students.

Hostel Facilities

For first year , Ramanujan hostel will be provided with three seater , 2 nd year will be aaryabhatt hostel for boys , ( for girls maitry ) and so on year wise hostel change , and each hostel have seperate mess facilities

Placement Experience:

Placement is already average and also increasing every year and i have heard from a masters senior that in 4 days 1000 students got placed and still placements are going on and i can say it is pretty good and improving and increasing every year and our college also has wipro labs ios development centre and many more things and people get eligible from 6th semester 3rd year and highest package was of 30-40+LPA IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES for highly skilled students and average is 5-6 LPA package dependss in skills and communication skills and confidence and all roughly 70-80% students and eligible to get placed and also for it and cse students its higher and increasing every year and so on

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit the university including tcs, wipro, Accenture, Harman, Amdocs and they give on average of 4-5LPA. The highest packet would be arounf 35-40LPA and it was off campus. around 70 percent of the students get placed. I am working now

the students are eligible for campus placement in the last semester. the companies mostly visits the campus are Wipro,HCL ,TCS and many more. the highest package from this college was 10 /Lpa and the average one is 4.3/lpa. the percentage of students getting placed is 80%. I will manage my father's business after completing this degree.

KNIT SULTANPUR IS A GOOD COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement after 6 th semester and at the starting of 6 semester students start getting ppo i.e pre placement offers and other things . An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

I have only filled in jossa counselling in all nit but Didn't get any seat so I filled the aktu counselling in only iet lucknow i already know mine 40000 rank was sufficient for taking admission in this college.sc and st students get admission in my cse beach upto 100000 crl rank which is great for minorty students.
