Remarks

My college has nice environment, nice canteens, good students, helping teachers and seniors but the thing I dont like about college is its maintainance and every days strike in the college by some politics parties.

JKCET, JEE and I wanted to keep it simple I am not that good in studies.I had many options but it was not that tough.

Internships Opportunities

It was a nice experience many companies came like hcl, Bisat and many more.

Placement Experience

Placement is not that good but opportunity is given to everyone above lakh students are placed til now by our college In my view I student got the package of 20 lakhs per year.

College Events

Our college holds almost all festivals and thay are not so big but they are good.

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

I want to do pursue the BSc in zoology because I liked the like that however is the additional additional subjects that are given with the zoology under the new education policy are not good at all I struggle for the most part of my education like with my Hindi subject I didn't want to learn Hindi but I had to because it was an obligatory subject to pursue. GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.
