Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course as this is the best institute of education or BEd or for becoming a teacher in India. A central government institute, a constitute of N.C.E.R.T. Here every year contractual faculties get recruitment for 10 months contract. So there is no problem for faculties. Here all faculties are highly qualified with minimum Dr. Degree. Here we will also find faculties who have written ncert textbooks of schools. Classes start from 9am and end at 5.20pm but it's not always we have classes till 5.20. Sometimes it gets over at 3.30 pm. This institute conducts two internal exams before each semester. It's a good sign because this will help to cover ur course for the semester.

Internships Opportunities

3

Here we don't get paid internships. This thing is the most negative about this college. In an internship, we go to JNVs and teach there to students for 4 months. Nothing is paid to us. The only good thing is in this 4 months internship in JNV we will get a good experience there

Placement Experience

4.5

This college has 8 semesters. From the 7th semester students are eligible for placements. In 7th,8th semesters different schools come for taking teachers. Usually, RIE students get 1st preference in all JNVs and KVs. Jnvs amd kvs have good contact with RIEs. 400000 per anum is the average and the highest goes to 600000. Generally there is 100% placement but much students prefer pursuing higher course by doing Msc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for day scholar students/non-hostellers is 13000 per year and for hostellers is 14000 per year. Hostel fees is 32000 per year. Apart from these fees, no extra money is taken by the college. For SC/ST students tuition fee is so per year admission fees is 8,000 only. No need money for books too as many type of books and sufficient books is present in Library. Scholarship is given by NCERT to every Sc/St students and 50% of general/obc students according to parent's annual income and marks. Per year approx 9000rs is given to students. Am in the 2nd year of the BscBEd integrated course. After completion of 4th year we get a job. And here every year 15-20 schools come to take teachers and many also get off campus and many pursue for higher courses i.e Msc

Campus Life

4.5

Life in campus is good. But i would admit that there is too much seniority in this campus. Everywhere seniors need respect we know. Otherwise, campus is good. It's a big campus too. We can say the best roads we have in our campus. Good for getting fresh air in an evening walk. Here every month minimy 3-4 culutral activities takes place in the auditorium of college. Yes annual fest, cultural fest, annual sports everything happens in a year. Generally annual sports occurs in December or else January. And annual fest in march. Campus has best library too, with free wifi and good air-conditioned. Badminton court is also regarded as best comparative to other college's badminton court. And playground is also too big.

Hostel Facilities

5

All type of facilities are available in hostel. That is bed(wooden),2 rack cupboards, 2 windows having mosquito net, water purifier (cooler) But food is not so tasty. Dinner is ok type. But lunch is not that tasty. But according to price that 70rs only per day. Food is ok. Quantity is more. In breakfast we get 7 different items in 7 different days like..chole bhature, idli sambar, poha, upma, etc lunch also different.nd in dinner we will get 3 tymd non veg per week. Chicken, egg, fish Hostel registeration is simple it can be done by going to college 's website and admission fees is 1900rs. If you want to take pg, you can. It will be not difficult as this college is situated at the centre of the city. But would suggest to stay in hostel
