A DEEP VISIT TO DAV(BHU)

Eligibility for this course is that the student must have completed their intermediate and has to clear entrance conducted by BHU the details regarding the admission application form is readily available on the site www. bhuonline.in. The admission process is very slow and hectic as it involves more than a month to complete the admission process after counselling.

I choose this course to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of commerce. The faculty-student ratio is 18:300. The faculty holds a professor degree in their specialised field. They use the traditional teaching techniques as well as upgrade their teaching skill in a way that students can easily understand the concept behind the respective subject. The exams are conducted semester wise 2 semesters per year and each semester includes 6 subjects except for the 6th semester which includes 5 subjects. The internal exams are conducted by the college itself whereas the external exams are held in the faculty of commerce (BHU).

Since the college is under the umbrella of BHU hence the fee structure is controlled or any changes regarding fee structure are in the hands of BHU and DAV as well. By the way, the fee structure is very affordable for each segment of society. The latest job placement was of a student to Accenture as the college provides a UGDCA degree. Furthermore, NSS, NCC, Tour and travelling management, risk and insurance and many more other extra curriculum subjects have been provided that enhance the skill of students in diverse field.

Our college conducts a fest as annual fest termed as UDAAN where the student held with the opportunity to represent their talent in diverse fields in front of other students. The books and journals are available in the library as the college is graded A+ as per NAAC. Our college provides all the necessary equipment and training for enhancing skills in the overall field
