I took GATE( Graduate Aptitude Test For Engineering) for securing admission fro M. Tech Course at NIT, Trichy. I have scored 390 in that examination. I was to some research in the field of chemical technology, that made me to join the course. There is centralized process gor getting admission to NIT's and IITs after qualifying in GATE examination. After fillingup option for your course and college preference. It is automaticaaly awarded on the basis of Merit.

Curriculum is well crafted with the focus on research along with development of personality. Course structure gives enough theoretical as well as as practical exposure. Facilities are provide to learn new software. Constantly updating library also assist in new learning.

Yes, College do provide internship both internally and externally. It also allows student to take part in company internship. Most of the compensation paid is varied based on company. It varies from 10,000 to 30000.

NIT, Trichy has excellent Placement record and stand top ten in India for placment. For B. Tech Students Placements are nearly 100%. For M. Tech it sis nearly 70%. Most of engineering companies, data analytics and Software companies visit the campus every year. Few companies are Schulmberger- 3500000, Tata Steel- 1000000, Facebook- 30,00,000, Adobe- 1500000, Sandisk-1200000, Siemence- 800000.

Fee structure is bit feasible in current scenario. Per semester fees is nearly 70,000 Rs. It include all hostel and Mess Fees. It include fees for gym, sports, library and internet uses. Actual college fees is 40000 and Mess fess is 20000 and hostel fees cost around 5000. Hostel and Mess facilities are excellent.

Apart from their are diffent active groups which helps students to hone their talents such dancing, singing, photography.

Theere are diffent alumni meet conducted every year to seek information and advices from alumni for improvement of students. many times guest lectures are conducted to help students solve their problems in academics as well as guide students in their career. It has great impact on students planning for their career.

Exam structure is very easy and relaxed. Exam pattern istwo periodic test for 20 marks each and final semester of 50 marks. 10 marks for presentation skill on topic. Practical if any have different exams. Its easy to score, evaluation done by professor is discussed with students for their doubts. Labs are conducted as per schedule at least 2 hr for every subject.
