Entrance Preview

In our state IIT JEE entrance exam required and i got only 20 marks. I am very unhappy after giving this exam my 12th marks is 80%.

Internships Opportunities

I dont know about this because i am in 2nd year so do not know about internship and placement.

College Events

Many festivals celebrated in our college like Anual function, Garba festival, Tech fest, Sports day, Food day etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fee is very expensive we paid them every semester by cheque. Semester fee is 30000.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know about loans but scholarship is given by our college for those who in sc/st. Not for obc and general students.

Campus Life

College life is awesome there are many extra activities in our college. Me and my friends are taking part in that activities (Interested fields).

Alumni/Alumna

No comments on senior students because ragging in our college closed from many years and senior students talk with friendly, and senior students help us in project festivals.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was good and during exams there are two supervisor in exam class room.

Placement at GEC Gandhinagar are decent but not as strong as the top engineering college in Gujarat while a few repeatable companies visit the frequency and variety could be better many students with good gpas and project work seek your decent job either through the collegial or by actively applying on their own for those who dont get campus placement the college still provide a solid foundation you can pursue higher studies take certification course or enter the IT or core industry thought of campus jobs overall the experience prepares you sufficiently for the next step But its wise to Proactive about your career.

.Challenges faced by students.

Placement Experience:

Their is an placement faculty in my college, many companies like torrent, birla, tcs etc and many more companies visit our college. Also our college provides internship for students. The average salary pakage is about 3 lakhs which is less and about 65% of students are placed every year. Highest pakage of my college is about 8lacks per annum. About my plan after completing degree is that if college place me for about salary upto 6 lakhs then i will place otherwise i will go for preparation of "GPSC" exam and set the carrier their.

From semester 7th students become eligible for campus placement. there are so many compnies that are visited & offered sudents like L&T, Infosys, TCS, HCL, INTEL. there is 22.6 LPA package is highest package in Mechanical Department and Averege Package is 4.2 LPA. There were 67% students placed in year 2024. My Plan is to go abroad for Masters after getiing my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.
