Remarks

- Anyone who has passed their 12th can apply. They have to take an on-campus exam known as SAAT. -Application forms can be found on the official website as well as on the physical campus. All the staff are very friendly and will make your admission process smooth as possible.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

- The reason why i choose this course is that I really like biology: especially genetics and oncology. Not only the course offered information in this regard, but the faculties in SOA are also well known to those areas. - Generally my class has 50+ students and we have around 15 faculties all having expertise in different fields. The seniors and juniors have the same faculties as us with a few more to adjust the simultaneous classes. - All the faculties are well qualified. All the associate professors are MDs and the assistant professors are PhDs. The teaching method is very simple and they are always available for the doubts. -The term exams are a stressful time but due to the proper guidance and notes, 75% of the students pass with good marks.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

- Internships are mostly done after the 5th semester. - Faculties are helpful for students to write review papers or examinations that are required for the internship. - Recommendation letters are also given to those who are invested in the process.

Placement Experience

3

- Students are eligible for campus placements from 10th semester. - I'm in my 4th semester so mostly i have less idea about the company placements but there are around 10 companies that visit. - Mostly people in my course opt for internships before joining any company.

Fees and Financial Aid

- Fees of my course is quite less according to other courses offered by the university or any other college offering the same course. - Scholarships are given on the basis of 12th and 10th marks and also on term exam marks. - The installment process is quite helpful for all.

Campus Life

4.5

- MUNs and SOA TEDx are the two functions that happened In the campus. Due to covid a lot of fest were cancelled. - Most of the books related to academics are available in good amount for the students to borrow. Also magazines, newspapers and a few novels are also available. - There are proper badminton, tennis and basketball court in our campus. Changing rooms and equipment for the game are also available and are in good condition. - A lot of clubs are available for students interested in literature, art, dance, photography, modelling.

Hostel Facilities

4

- A very spacious room is alloted to students. there are two types of room, one can accommodate 3 and other can accommodate 2 people. - one bed, one table and one chair is given with a spacious locker is provided. - The hostel is well managed and clean. It is quite affordable. The registration process is quite simple and it will also be assisted by the caretakers. - Meal quality is really good. food is less oily.
