We can get admission to this college through EAMCET Exam which is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh state government. For getting information technology branch we need a rank of below 8000 for Gen- EWS category which I belong to. We can get various branches here based on our EAMCET ranks.

These days Software became core for most of the jobs provided in the private sector so I chose to take information technology so that I can learn something about programming languages and stuff. The faculty here are highly experienced and they teach well most of them are professors with huge experience in teaching the subjects. For every 6 months, we have the semester exams we can pass if we listen to classes perfectly. Sometimes you should study on your own.

In this (Andhra University) our college provides us with internship opportunities from 3rd year second semester or 4th-year first semester. Our college call various companies for campus placement mainly being software companies

From semesters 3-2 the students are eligible for the campus placements and we get the companies such as Wipro and other software companies. The highest package this year was 13.5L per annum and the average package is around 4-5L per annum in our college.

The branch I am studying has fees of 76900/- and all the other branches have fees of 10000/-per annum if we join through the EAMCET examination. We can get the JVD scholarship provided by the state government for eligible candidates. Full fees will be reimbursed by the government. We can get an above-average package if we study and concentrate properly.

We have different clubs under AU United clubs in the college. We can participate in many activities through the clubs. We have a central library near the CSE department in which we can get many books for references in various exams. And we get them and use them using our college ID card. We have edumoon website and application which is run by the students of our college. We can get materials regarding studies on that website and some courses are offered through workshops.

We have a fan and a bed in the room. The room provided is sufficient for 2 people and is given for 2 students only. Meals and food are average. After the admission process, we need to go to the hostel office for getting a room. I have taken a room in the hostel itself.
