Remarks

Money minting for every single thing. Charged for placements held in other college for resume making etc workshop saying that its compulsory as students will not be allowed to sit in placement exam which actually held in other college.

Entrance Preview

Lateral entry in second year of btech computer science second year. It is surrounded by small mountains i.e located on highway (bit far frm local market etc). I opt for it on suggestion of my friends.

Internships Opportunities

Very few companies came and as the name suggests group of colleges so if any company in other college then they count it as company visited in their campus. Thus, no. of applicants raise & very very few selections. Students have to do all tings by themselves.

Placement Experience

2.5

I can remember panasonic visit & then campus did not allowed students who got selected to apply in other companies thus giving chance to other students. But at last, panasonic get default i.e. did not sent joining letter. 2-4 local companies visited that have no name in market. No better future for sure.

College Events

2

Minerva Fest this is only 1 fest each year. Nothing else besides this. Not much big but ok ok kind. However, students can take part in other colleges fest by risking studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students with 1 parent can avail 50% off. Besides this, nothing. No scholarships & no loans. Instead, they charge donations for admissions.

Campus Life

3.5

Worst experience ever. Spoiled my life. Got nothing & paid much. Biggest mistake ever in my life to select this college. However, now its a university just like lovely professional university. They paid money & get converted their college in university name.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

PG was ok however, i did not stayed there rentals r average n quite less rooms can be shared in order to reduce costs.

Alumni/Alumna

Not much as students can't even stand together during lecture hours due to strict security guards. Before, some fight happened between senior & junior students so they got more strict. Do not expect favor from seniors.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is standard. i.e. what studied by other nearby colleges nothing unique i.e. neither good nor bad.

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in Robotics and my parents wanted me to take a core branch. The curriculum is not very relevant but some topics are good and related like modern welding technologies and manufacturing techniques. I think our college curriculum needs to be updated where more new world technologies like AR and VRs should be taught with advance robotics. Teaching methods used are classical I think professors should try to use smart classrooms to visualise the concept to make it better understandable. Exams are moderate level but I think our college needs to reduce exam frequency although we have time but due to exams nearly every month it doesn't feel good.
