Remarks

Admission through TNPCEE entrance exam and HSLC marks. Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and computer science cutoff for Entrance. For courses like ECE TNPCEE cutoff marks of 260+ are needed for general candidates.

Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and communication course chosen as per aspiration. Faculty - Separated as per engineering stream. Mostly the previous year students are staff in the ratio of 1:10 Teaching method - As per Anna's university curriculum. Exams based on Anna's university syllabus are difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

Industrial visit options to be arranged by students on their own effort. No internship opportunities were arranged by the college. We formed a group of 5-6 students and arranged an Industrial visit to develop our industry exposure.

Placement Experience

On-campus placements facilities are much lesser compared to other colleges in the surrounding area. Anna university conducted pool campus placement options that are available for both current and recent batch students. Percentage of students getting placements < 30%

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was decided during the joining period of the course. No college-level campus placements are available. Placements are available through Anna university pool campus option. Financial assistance is available for very few students only.

Campus Life

Tech fest is an annual fest conducted during the September months every year. Symposiums are conducted frequently. The library facility is available with the college but has a limited collection of books. NSS, Red corps teams are formed based on students' aspirations and willingness.

Good college

Placement Experience:

They have some plans like grouping based on the p skill level completion they will short us in groups. The groups are divided into 4 types. Group 1,2,3,4. Group 1 student get 8 lpa placement offers. Group 2 students get 6 to 8 lpa placement offers. Group 3 students have 3 to 6 lpa placement offers. And group 4 get less than 3 lpa placement offers.

Placements was slightly better than other colleges, but students need to prepare little bit more for placements. Becayse they give only essential trainings. Above 60% in SSLC, HSC, B.E students prefered for the placements by institution. I have attend three companies and I got offer in third interview.
