There are two ways to get admission, one of them is on your jee mains percentile and other exam conducted by bceceb. After the result, the counselling procedure starts and if you get to this college of your choice, you have to go to the college for admission and admission fees is about 5,550rs. Yes, reservation criteria are also availed there for EBC, SC, ST candidates.

MIT has a very good ranking in Bihar. The Labs are well equipped and organised. We can directly go for ISRO, DRDO, and other Government sectors through electrical engineering. Students also participate in hackathons organised by the government of India and others. The college also promotes them and one of those faculty members also go with the students. #The faculty members are well educated. Some are Post graduated and some of them joined the college through BPSC.They are supportive and some of them stay on campus. Due to covid, the admission procedure was delayed and the first semester examinations were also cancelled of 2k20 students.But the second semester exams are going on in offline mode. Teachers take class tests regularly and mid-term, semester exam are dates are declared by the government.

Several companies provide internships to the students which include cisco, Wipro, green co etc. students as well as faculty members are attentive and suggest the right things. several students participate in Moxie and completed various projects. One of the students was awarded for his project in AI.

Students are very hardworking. Almost everyone completes their courses as well as they get the certificate from swayam nptel course. They participate in hackathons which also enhances their technical knowledge and become eligible for placements from the 5th semester. Wipro, cisco, green co etc are some companies that come here for placements. About 10students qualified ISRO recruitment test and some of them also qualified for BARC. Many students prepare for the GATE examination and also get qualified and work in PSU. Approximately 65%students get placements. I want to join ISRO after my graduation.

#The college is owned by the government so, the fees are also decided by the government. At the time of admission, we have to pay the fees which were 5,550 rs for 2k21batch students. Thereafter we have to pay examination fees before semester exams for registration purposes which are about 4000 rs. If a student stays in hostel, he/she have to pay 1470rs annually as hostel fees and about 21000 half yearly as mess charge.

A lot of competitions were organised by the seniors along with the faculty members to enhance the personality of other students and to learn something new. There is a moxie club, students who are fond of technological projects join the club and learn new things along with the technical knowledge there is also cultural clubs which amuse students. The Library is well organised and there, we can get books on any subject related to our engineering syllabus. There are lots of different books on each subject by different writers but for this convenience, we need a library card which is issued by the librarian. In extracurricular activities, the cultural club is there as well as college also have a sports club which usually organises various sports competitions. In 2k20 there was a sports competition UMANG organised there in which several colleges participated. Moxie is the technical club which is organised by students.

The college itself provides hostel facilities both for boys and girls on the same campus. For freshers and seniors, the hostel is not the same. In the First year both boys, as well as girls, get other hostels. As I already mentioned it is a government college as well as a hostel so, the menu is already decided by the faculty members and it is too good. We get meals three times a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner is always light regarding the student's health. At the time of admission, we get a hostel allotment form. We have to pay the annual hostel fees and half yearly mess charge at that time. The total fees that I have to pay that Time were about 35000. Muzaffarpur is a city and the college is located in the main city that's why there are many students who couldn't afford the hostel fees or For any other reasons they stay outside the campus in PG. You will not face problems there in looking for any room or PG.
