Best college life

Eligibility of the course was a minimum of 75% in 12. The application form is available on the official website of Geeta Engineering College, As such the admission process is smooth, there should be little improvement needed in the admin department.

I choose this course because my interest was in programming and computers. The faculty and student ratio was 1:5. The minimum qualification of professors is B.tech and the teaching method was quite good, there is a change needed that is the use of advanced teaching technology and presentation. There were sessional thrice a semester and the semester was of 6 months having exams at the end of the semester

There are few opportunities for internships from the campus, but some students got internships from off-campus. For getting a placement and internship opportunity better go with other govt. institutes around North India.

From Semester 6 students were eligible for placements. Byus, UST Global, NIIT, Also there were fewer companies visited in the campus mostly students got off-campus placements. 3.2 was the highest package(Associate Software Engineer) 60% got placed After getting a degree, the plan was to work in a well reputed MNC, that helps in enhancing the growth.

The hike was about 10% yearly, Financial assistance is provided to poor and girl students by the management. I got an internship from college with a 15k per month stipend and there was time to time placements held in the college.

Annual fest named Sangrilla, held in February or March every year (A fest of 3 days). Books were available in the library but in a limited amount, no availability of Journal. There was Ac, Desks whiteboards available in the classroom. Sports day gets celebrated in the college and extracurricular like poster making, games, art competitions everything held from time to time. There was Void main club in the CSE department which was very popular and they used to organize many events and many students engage and participate in that
