For BSc you can choose this College but for MSc it is not suitable.

For taking admission in this College You have to pass Higher Secondary with almost 75-80% marks in average and about 75+% marks in which subject you want to take admission here. The application form is available online and you have to first apply online to take admission during the admission season, and college will provide you with a particular date for your physical verification and hence you got admission to this college. Reservation for minority students is available according to the rule of UGC. During the admission time, you have to stay in a long line which is very disgusting. So I think it should be updated.

I am too interested in Chemistry that is why I take this subject. Faculty:Student ratio =3:8. Professors are not too well qualified but they give their 100%. I recommend this college for Bsc but for Msc it is not preferred by me. The non-teaching staff is alsomvery helpful. The practical room is too good and almost all lab component is available. As it is an affiliated college of Vidyasagar University so here exam is conducted according to VU and it is 2 times per year with a gap of almost 6 months. An internal exam is taken 2 times per semester.

Fess structure: For Bsc -10 K per year. If you are from a poor family then you can request the College authority to concession the fees of admission. Almost all types of scholarships are available here like SVMCM, Kanyashree, Aikyashree, Jindal, Ananta, Birla etc. No internship or campusing is held here. Here no company is coming for hiring students.

Annual fest and annual function are held here in the month of Saraswati Puja. You have to pay some money to get a Library card by which you get entry into Library. Not all books but almost all books are available in the library, but you can get a book from the library and have to return it within 1-3 months. Classrooms are of medium size but not too short. No playground is available here for outdoor games but indoor games like Tennis, Carrom is available here. Students Union is very helpful here. A website developed by the college student is run by the Student Union where you get regular updates about the College, examinations, Holidays etc.
