Eligibility For BBA Min 50% marks in 10th and 12th For BBA, students of any stream can apply. A form to be filled for admission, then student will have to give a test conducted by St. Xavier's College followed by a Personal Interview Session. Generally No year drop students are preferred more while taking admission. And PI is completely a normal and easy task. Students can find application form by visiting the college website, and enrolling through the admission link. There are no such reservation allowed in college.

Since SXC is an autonomous college of Ranchi University. There is no such delay in conducting exams. For BBA, there are 6 mid-semester and 6 semesters. BBA paper is a little hard to pass, yet if a student joins classes regularly it's very easy for them to pass. Also, BBA is a scoring course. And students are very comfortable talking to their faculty teachers. BBA is a very professional or vocational course to complete in Saint Xavier's College, Ranchi. BBA has a very highly qualified faculty. And it has the best faculty in the College.

Many Companies provide internship opportunities to students of the college. Central Coalfield Limited gives internships to Students of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Commerce. SONY gives internships in sales and marketing. Carrier Launcher provides internships in digital marketing. Many online companies like Universal Tribes give internships in Marketing and Finance. Other than them college also has a tie-up with many Motor Vehicle shops of Ranchi for their internships like Basuda motors and Divyani Motors Or CMPDI. The role of the internship is Finance, marketing, and HR. They can complete the project on Financial statement Analysis, GST, Selection Procedure, etc.

The placement of College is not so good but yet few companies does visit for the placement. A student can apply for placement after the second year or say in or after the 5th semester. Companies like TCS always visit for placement which offers 2 years of the training period and then a permanent member of Tata. Deloitte and Accenture also allow students for placement, it's a little hard for students to convert into the job. Bajaj and Mahindra Bank also take students for Financial management. Sony and Bajaj hire students for sales and marketing. Godrej also prefers selecting students from SXC. College tries its maximum for the placement of its students.

Generally, management courses are expensive and so BBA of SXC is the second most fee-paying course of College. It'll cost you around 2 lakh at the end of completing your Bachelor's. Around 6700 is to be submitted in year and Rs.700 for every semester examinations. ?2300 is to be submitted for taking certificate format at the end of college. Also if you are a resident of Jharkhand, you can avail yourself E Kalyan Scholarship. BBA is an affordable course if you have an earning family.

There are six functional clubs of College, like NSS, NCC, Rotaract Club of St. Xavier's College, and many more. A placement group is run by a professor for its good placement of students. College website sometimes doesn't work, but bearable. A social group of SXC is very functional and popular in Jharkhand. We also organize the great fest of College "Xavier's Utsav " Which is of three days combining of 100+ events. Other than that Students also organize many Sports events and fashion events in Ranchi. Currently, I'm serving as Professional Service Director of Rotaract Club of St. Xavier's College.

A written test is conducted for BBA, which contains moderate questions of Quantitative Amplitude, verbal ability, Logical Reasoning, and a few general science questions. It's not so difficult to cross-cut off for an average student. An Interview is also conducted after written selection. General preparation of the Interview would be sufficient to be selected. I prepared for a Personal Interview by taking help from a few videos available on YouTube. If you're a professional and possess an intellectual personality, it's very easy to qualify Interview round.
