I have done B.Sc in statistics. I wanted to learn some programming languages so i opt the MCA course, the infrastructure and the overall teaching facility helps a lot.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course include Maser in Computer Application which involves master degree and it also include some management subjects also like Principle of prospective management, accounting, management information system etc.
Internships Opportunities
The internship offered is very good and the way the actual project placement was done really helped a lot to set the path for the carrier. The stipend offered was around 5000 pm.
Placement Experience
The placement facility is really very good. The placement officer or coordinator always coordinate with the students as well as the company HR. So it always helps to be updated.
College Events
In MET-ICS we have TECH@MET event which is very technical event. And the entire college have MET UTSAV in which each and every department takes part. We also have sports day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Looking at the infrastructure and facilities provided the fee is ok. The course was around 80000 when i have done and now it goes to around 133000. But the quality they provide is always that much.
Fees and Financial Aid
They every year provide scholarship to two students. The students who performed well in the academics deserves the scholarship and also they have tie up with AXIS bank which provides loan facility for the students.
Campus Life
The campus life is awesome and the extra curricular activities are performed in MET UTSAV. We have sports day also and we have games like kabbaddi, football, cricket, kho-kho etc.
Hostel Facilities
The college dont have hostel facility but they provide name of address of the the food of the canteen is good. The variety they offer is also quite good.
Alumni/Alumna
The college do conduct alumni meet every year and they invite various students performing various activities in various field in the industry. They really help a lot to perform well in the industry.
Exam Structure
The internal exams are always helpful to study and prepare for the final exams. The final exams are conducted by the Mumbai University so the feel is always different while giving the exams.
Faculty
The facutly of the college is very educated and the knowledge about the subject is outstanding. The efforts taken are always reflected in the results of the students.
