The admission process starts by filling out the application form with costs Rs. 1000 so far I remember. Candidates scoring 60 percent or more can fill up the application form for admission. Then a written exam was conducted to shortlist the candidates for the interview round. In the written exam, questions were from different subjects like Math's, English, Reasoning, General awareness, especially in the business field. English questions were of very high quality for instance synonyms, antonyms, vocabs. After that candidates scoring above a certain limit will be selected for the interview round. A round table interview was conducted and questions from my specialization in 12th standard were asked especially economics. The first thing they ask you is to introduce yourself. They check your confidence and presentation skills. And then you have to show your original documents for verification purposes. If all goes well then congrats you are set to enter the college by depositing the required college fees.

All professors had done Ph.D. in their respective fields and are holding a doctorate. Terms examinations were conducted on time and questions are being set by professors of XISS, Ranchi. One needs to study well to do good in examinations.

One can apply for internships right from the first year. Many companies come to college for this. In the last year of the course due to Covid, internship opportunities were mostly of work from home. The college shares details of companies looking for interns and assists students to get an opportunity at good and reputed companies.

Many companies like Wipro, Tata consultancy services, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte come for campus selection. College also provides the opportunity of summer and winter internships in good and reputed companies.

The fees structure is high according to me. Approximately 65k per year. Yes, eligible can apply for the scholarship by filling in e Kalyan form. Many companies come for campus placement, interested ones can apply.

Xavier's fest is very awesome. It is a continuous celebration of 3 days. Several competitions and activities take place. For instance dancing competitions, singing competitions, wall painting, fashion shows, etc. There is one central Library that is common for all and a departmental library that is for a specific department. And there are many clubs like Rotaract club, fitness club, etc. one can be part of it. Also, there are 3 canteens inside the premises that care about hygiene and taste.

GD was not conducted. Panel interview held where 3,4 professors were asking questions related to their fields. I have prepared my introduction part well and just read the subject matters of classes 11 and 12.
