Above 75% in 12th Board. The application form is available on the college website as well as the college campus. Must qualify entrance exams. Application and Admission process is the very easy and the administrative staff is very helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to pursue MBA in the future that's why I chose to do BBA to facilitate my further studies. Faculty students ratio is 2:30. Faculty have high qualifications and are experienced. Teaching methods are very effective. Semester exams, as well as mid-semester exams, were taken timely every 2 months. Exam was not as easy as expected. You'll pass but it's definitely hard to score above 90.
Internships Opportunities
You can get a chance to work in companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tata etc. About 5-6 Lacs per annum is the average package you can get in on-campus placements. St Xavier's College Ranchi placement cell hosted various top companies, such as TCS, Deloitte, KPMG, JP Morgan, PWC, E&Y, Google, Axis Bank, Citi Group, HSBC, HDFC Bank, among others. Around 500 students got placed from both on-campus and off-campus placement drives. There were many projects going on in our college like: 1. Medicine Project Under this project, we collect leftover medicines door to door and donate them to hospitals which are given free of cost to needy ones. We also organize free health 2. Project Shiksha It was started with the aim of inculcating love for education among the students.
Placement Experience
Semester students are eligible for campus placements after the 5th semester of the course. The top recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, ICICI prudential, TCS, Indigo flights, etc. The highest CTC is 7.6 LPA and the average CTC is 3-4 LPA. Percentage of students if around 70. My plan is to further get a placement and to study for my MBA exams side by side.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees compared to other reputed colleges St. Xavier's College Ranchi is an affordable college. The yearly fee is not more than 50000 rupees (depending upon the courses). BBA faculty at Xavier is awesome and you will get more opportunities like internships, good placement. Here are some top recruiters Infosys, Wipro, ICICI prudential, TCS, Indigo flights, etc.
Campus Life
Xavier Festival the Fest and Annual Cultural Programme at the college premises in a befitting. It is three days programme. The availability of books and journals in the library is vast. Classrooms have many amenities like air conditioners and an E-teaching facility. There are many social service groups and clubs run by students like Rotoract Club.
